At Tree House Yoga, we teach evidence based movement that fosters the connection between mind and body and enhances well-being in daily life. Yoga is for all shapes, sizes and ages. All are welcome!

 

We offer private and semiprivate hatha, flow, restorative and chair yoga sessions in NoMad, NYC and online. We also offer group sessions online.

Yoga is a beautiful, ancient philosophy that links breathing and movement in order to strengthen the body, regulate the nervous system, and calm the mind.

 

Yoga means union, the union of mind and body, and, like other mind/body exercise, it coordinates breathing and movement in order to balance the body and focus the mind. It is a moving meditation. There are many research studies showing its physical and mental health benefits.

Each session is designed especially for you, and we will also develop a personalized plan for practice at home.
